Role Description

As a Telecom Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing telecom blueprint drawings, conducting field surveys, performing pole loading analysis, and preparing permitting documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate design and implementation of telecom infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in OSP/ISP wireline network planning, HLD, LLD, Permits, pole loading analysis, and make-ready engineering
• Experience in CAD design, drafting, and data conversion
• Knowledge in excavation permit design and management
• Understanding of wireless architecture, engineering (A&E), and mobile mapping techniques
• Strong skills in construction inspection and audits
• Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams with solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local and regional telecom regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field preferred
