Key Responsibilities

Telecalling Executives

Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders

Follow up on pending dues and provide account status information

Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and record customer responses

Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism

Achieve daily/weekly calling and recovery targets

Requirements

15 years of experience in telecalling

Good communication & negotiation skills

Basic understanding of loans/overdues (training will be provided)

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

DRA Certification is mandatory

Good to Have

Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or fintech collections

Ability to communicate in Kannada(Good To Have)/Hindi/English/Tamil

Basic smartphone & documentation handling skills
