We work with farmers, FPOs, agri-entrepreneurs, dealers, distributors and institutions across India to improve agricultural productivity, soil health and food quality.


Role Overview


We are looking for a Telecalling & Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound enquiries, conduct outbound lead qualification and support partner onboarding across our business verticals.


The role will involve interacting with farmers, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), FPOs, dealers, distributors and institutional customers across India.


This is an on-site role based out of our office in Neelankarai, Chennai for the first 3 months. Based on performance, a hybrid working model may be considered thereafter.


Key Responsibilities


Inbound Lead Management


* Handle incoming calls from prospective customers and partners

* Respond to enquiries received through marketing campaigns

* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads

* Maintain accurate records in CRM


Outbound Calling


* Follow up with leads generated through campaigns and databases

* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations

* Support onboarding of VLEs, FPOs, dealers and distributors

* Conduct customer follow-ups and nurture leads


Business Support


* Support marketing campaigns and partner engagement initiatives

* Assist with webinar and event registrations

* Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams

* Namma Bhoomi (Farmer & Entrepreneur Platform)

* Soil Spectra (Soil Testing Solution)

* MilkTrak (Milk Quality Testing Solutions)


Requirements


Mandatory


* Fluent in Tamil, Hindi and English

* Strong verbal communication skills

* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

* Comfortable speaking with customers across India

* Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp)


Preferred


* 12 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support or business development

* Experience in agriculture, rural development, FMCG or B2B sales is an advantage

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
