Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 02 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Location: Sector-18, Noida

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (6 Days a Week)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain company products/services and generate qualified leads.

Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain and update customer details in the CRM/software.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

01 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
