Your work profile The Senior Python + GenAI Engineer (Agentic AI)is responsible fordesigning, developing, and deploying scalable Generative AI and multi-agent solutions for enterprise use cases. This role involves building production-grade AI systems using modern frameworks, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions, while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Key skills required: 5+ years of experience in Python-based backend development and system design Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based application development Strongexpertisein Microsoft Semantic Kernel Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI stack Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) or equivalent Experience building agentic systems / multi-agent workflows Strong experience inFastAPI/ API-driven backend development Experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering Experience deploying applications on Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, AI Studio) Strong understanding of microservices architecture Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Education -Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Experience withLangChain,LlamaIndexor similar frameworks Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search) Experience building enterprise copilots or autonomous agents Exposure to CI/CD pipelines andMLOps Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience in consulting or product engineering environments Exposure to global delivery teams Key Skills & Competencies Generative AI and agentic system design Python backend engineering andFastAPI Azure cloud architecture LLM orchestration and RAG design Scalable system design Problem solving and analytical thinking Collaboration and stakeholder communication Data-driven engineering mindset Success Metrics Delivery of scalable GenAI solutions Performance optimization (latency, cost, accuracy) Successful deployment of agentic workflows Improved system reliability High client satisfaction Contribution to reusable AI assets Proficiencyin English
