Your work profile: As a Manager in our Technology & Transformation Team, youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:- Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions. Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand. Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions. Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase. Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow. Key skills required: Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions Build and support file-based integrations (e.g., batch processing, SFTP/FTP integrations, file transformation workflows) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and reliable cloud solutions Implement and manage event-driven and serverless architectures Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices , including identity, access management, and data protection Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of Azure services Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code & GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and system architecture Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with: Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Proven experience in file-based integration patterns File ingestion, transformation, validation, and routing Experience with formats like XML, JSON, CSV, flat files Good understanding of Azure cloud ecosystem Solid knowledge of cloud security concepts Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities Data encryption, API security, network security Experience working with AI coding assistants : Claude Code (preferred) GitHub Copilot (mandatory) Familiarity with REST APIs, messaging patterns, and integration design principles Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with:Azure Service Bus / Event Grid / Event Hub;API Management (APIM) DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (C#, Python, JavaScript) Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) Experience in regulated environments with strong security standards Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment Proactive mindset with attention to detail Continuous learning attitude, especially with emerging AI tools Qualifications: B. E. / B. Tech / MCA / M.E / M. Tech / MSc in Computer Science.
