Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework supports current and future business needs, while continuously evaluating and refining the technology landscape to align with evolving requirements and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability strategies within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system stability and availability.
- Familiarity with database management, backup and recovery procedures, and security administration related to SAP Basis.
- Skilled in coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system integration and deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
