As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technological components to create robust and efficient systems that align with organizational goals and client needs. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to understand evolving demands and translate them into architectural frameworks is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse technology stacks and platforms to create cohesive architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and infrastructure design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term sustainability and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
