We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Techno-Commercial Engineer to join our team in the industrial automation domain. This role is ideal for professionals who can seamlessly bridge technical expertise with commercial acumen, especially in control panel manufacturing and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for automation and electrical projects

Analyze RFQs, specifications, and customer requirements

Perform cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and compliance documentation

Handle hardware selection for PLC, MCC, and PCC panels

Manage vendor development, negotiation, and procurement activities

Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams

Engage with customers for technical discussions and clarifications

Track bids, follow-ups, and support project handover to execution teams

What Were Looking For:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics

34 years of experience in techno-commercial / proposal / estimation roles

Strong knowledge of control panel manufacturing (PLC, MCC, PCC)

Hands-on experience in vendor management, negotiation & purchasing

Proficiency in MS Excel and technical documentation

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
