Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist

Responsible to provide technical expertise to

• Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and system specifications when needed
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring it meets quality standards and adheres to organizational guidelines
• Organize and manage documentation files and resources, ensuring easy access and version control
• Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client policies
• Assist subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Assist in organizing and manage documentation of files and resources, ensuring easy access and version control

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline with masters in mass communication ( Mandatory)
