Technical Support Specialist

We are hiring a Talend Support (AMS) Engineer with strong experience in Talend support, SQL, Snowflake, and Data Warehouse concepts.

Role: Talend Support Engineer

Experience: 3 9 years

Work Mode: Completely Work From Office (WFO)

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly ETL job cycles in Talend
• Provide L1/L2 production support for Talend jobs
• Troubleshoot job failures and resolve issues within SLA
• Validate data movement between source systems and Data Warehouse
• Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL in Snowflake
• Generate operational and performance reports
• Handle incident and problem management and maintain documentation

Required Skills

• Talend Support / Talend AMS experience
• Talend Administration Center (TAC) and Talend Management Console (TMC)
• Strong SQL skills
• Snowflake
• Data Warehouse concepts
• ETL workflows and data integration knowledge
