Hiring Freshers Technical Support (Service Desk L1)


We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to join our Technical Support / Service Desk (L1) team.


Work Location: Pune, Banglore

Education: B.E / B.Tech / BCA/Any graduation

Eligible Batches: 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 Pass Outs


Not Eligible:

Postgraduates (PG)

Experienced candidates


CTC:

2.7 Lpa


Mandatory Documents:

PAN Card

Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC)

Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)

All Semester Mark Sheets


Job Role: Technical Support (Service Desk L1)

Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

Handle incidents and service requests

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, VPN, networking, desktop & mobile devices

Work on ITSM tools like ServiceNow / Remedy

Log, update, and escalate support tickets as per SOPs


Required Skills:

Excellent English communication

Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

Customer support mindset

Attention to detail


Work Environment:

247 rotational shifts (including US/UK shifts)

100% Work From Office


Training: 2 Months Training in Mysore
