Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to start their career in technical support and learn in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of databases, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting concepts, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for applications, systems, and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, databases, and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance using cloud monitoring tools and respond to alerts.
• Analyze logs and identify root causes of production issues.
• Assist in deployment support and basic configuration changes.
• Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation for known issues, fixes, and processes.
• Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLA requirements.
• Provide support during production releases and maintenance windows.

• Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL queries, troubleshooting, performance basics).
• Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP basics).
• Experience or familiarity with Monitoring Tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of logs analysis and debugging techniques.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Kubernetes / Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with incident management and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Awareness of security best practices.

Qualifications

BCA/BSC or related degree
