Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email.

Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.

Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems

Escalate complex issues to the higher technical team when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.

Ensure quick resolution while maintaining quality customer service standards.
