Role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer who goes beyond just "closing tickets." In this role, you will be the primary technical face of Juddoc for our customers. You will own the post-sales technical relationshipensuring bugs are fixed within SLA, driving product adoption through training, and acting as the bridge between the customer and our Engineering team.

Qualifications - (Must-Haves):

• B.E/B.Tech(Computer)/MCA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Implementation for complex B2B SaaS products.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written). You must be comfortable leading meetings with customers
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand API integrations, log analysis, and basic debugging.

Key Responsibilities

Sat - 4 Hr
