Job Description
We are urgently hiring a with Service Desk Associate( TechOps Engineer)
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support to internal/external teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Product, Infra, and Service Delivery teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and system performance using ITIL best practices.
- Identify process improvements and optimize monitoring/alerting systems.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user manuals.
- Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.
Required Skills
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory (AD) Administration
- Network & Infrastructure Troubleshooting
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
- ITIL / SLA-driven support environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in IT or related field
- ITIL Certification (preferred)
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
