Job Description

We are urgently hiring a with Service Desk Associate( TechOps Engineer)


Work Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support to internal/external teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Product, Infra, and Service Delivery teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and system performance using ITIL best practices.
  • Identify process improvements and optimize monitoring/alerting systems.
  • Create technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user manuals.
  • Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.


Required Skills

  • Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory (AD) Administration
  • Network & Infrastructure Troubleshooting
  • Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
  • ITIL / SLA-driven support environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Diploma in IT or related field
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
