Job Description.

Highly skilled Technical support engineer fixing any technical problems, including Mail configuration and account setup, clarifying the doubts of the customers raised with regard to products or services through their calls and emails, and resolving their issues on priority.

Technical Engineer Job Responsibilities

• Handle the day-to-day management of clients GWS cloud-based email solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Help customers successfully understand & deploy Google Workspace's new features in the organization.
• Resolve L3 technical support tickets via telephone, chat, email, and sometimes in person.
• Set up & deploy Google Workspace cloud solutions.
• Provide technical assistance as required for new client projects.
• To deal with customers in an empathic and technically effective manner
• Coordinate with the Google support team to resolve the Escalation cases for clients.
• Flexible and able to balance many tasks/clients
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good to have knowledge of Appsheet, Appscript.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field
• (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline)
• A diploma or associate degree may be accepted for junior roles.
• Advanced certifications are often preferred depending on specialty.
