Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.

• Provide timely updates to customers on issue resolution progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best solutions and improve the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting and common technical problems.
• Basic knowledge on Java
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.
