Area(s) of responsibility
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or QA.
- Experience working with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and AI-enabled business processes.
- Hands-on experience creating business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
- Experience testing AI applications, including identifying hallucinations, prompt failures, and inconsistent AI responses.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding, prompt engineering concepts, and AI guardrails.
- Experience with AI observability and monitoring, including response quality, latency, token consumption, user feedback, and AI performance metrics.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test and defect management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
