About the Company We are a fast-growing, product-first HR Tech platform serving enterprise clients across India and global markets. Post product-market validation, we are in an active scale-up phase and this role sits at the heart of that growth.

The Role This is a unique mid-management role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You'll be the critical bridge between client-facing teams and engineering translating commercial requirements into technically sound solutions, while also owning our AI innovation roadmap.

If you've ever felt frustrated watching sales teams over-promise or engineering teams build the wrong thing this is your chance to fix that from the inside.

What You'll Do

• Translate client needs into clear, scoped technical briefs for the engineering team
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability from kick-off to go-live
• Drive prioritisation aligned to business impact
• Define and lead the applied AI roadmap talent intelligence, automation, workforce analytics
• Build trusted relationships with client IT stakeholders
• Work directly with founders and CTO with minimal hierarchy

What We're Looking For

• 812 years across technology, client delivery, or business solutioning roles
• Strong technical foundation comfortable with engineering teams and client IT counterparts
• Experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or enterprise client delivery
• Exceptional communication across both business and technical stakeholders
• Startup mindset structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity, bias for action
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases (LLMs, recommendation systems, automation) is a strong plus
• Prior experience in HR Tech or enterprise SaaS preferred
