Solution Lifecycle Specialist
Role Summary
The GCM Solution Lifecycle & Value team is responsible for ensuring that business solutions are operationally stable, clearly owned, widely adopted, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, Support, and Development teams to drive successful solution adoption, operational readiness, governance, and continuous value realization.
The position acts as the bridge between business operations and technology teams, ensuring that solutions deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining high operational standards.
What you will do:
Solution Lifecycle Management
- Ensure end-to-end go-live readiness for business solutions
- Coordinate smooth transition and handover to operations and support teams
- Establish and maintain lifecycle governance processes
- Monitor solution stability, usage, and operational effectiveness post go-live
Business Ownership & Governance
- Act as the functional business owner for live solutions
- Ensure business processes supported by the solution remain effective and aligned with organizational goals
- Define and maintain operational KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with evolving business needs
Adoption & Value Realization
- Drive user adoption strategies and change enablement activities
- Measure and track business value realization and solution utilization
- Identify gaps in adoption and implement improvement initiatives
- Facilitate communication, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Continuous Improvement
- Gather business feedback and prioritize enhancements and improvements
- Maintain and manage solution improvement backlog
- Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Support release planning and enhancement prioritization
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Support, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams
- Ensure alignment between business operations and technical solution ownership
- Participate in governance forums, operational reviews, and planning discussions
