Role overview;
The Technical Sales Engineer will serve as the key interface between customers, engineering, and business teams.
The role requires technical understanding of the products, and strong commercial acumen to drive client acquisition across government, PSU, and enterprise markets. This role combines technical expertise in water pollution solutions with a commitment to achieving sales goals and contributing to the companys mission.
Job description;
1. Peruse and analyze inquiries, RFP's, Tenders in detail and develop suitable proposals for the customer.
2. Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and costing sheets.
3. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility, timelines, and pricing accuracy.
4. Assist in pre-bid / post-bid meetings and respond to technical queries.
5. Perform competition mapping and gather market insights to develop sales strategies.
6. Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM system.
7. Timely follow-ups, and negotiate with customers to ensure opportunity closures.
8. Generate periodic sales reports and forecasts.
9. Conduct Kick Off meetings with operation team and hand over

Qualification & Experience;
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in Technical sales / Inside sales / Sales Engineer.
