Role Description

The Technical Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by combining technical knowledge with sales expertise. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical solutions, offering product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless sales process. In addition, you will provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong skills in delivering Technical Support and troubleshooting client concerns
• Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in Sales and a track record of achieving sales targets
• Problem-solving skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Relevant engineering degree or technical qualification in a related field
• Experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing, or Optoelectronics industries is advantageous
