Technical Project Manager (Technical + Support)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong blend of Technical Delivery (50%) and Application/Production Support Management (50%). The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to React.js and Node.js, along with proven experience managing development and support teams, driving project execution, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for web applications built on React.js and Node.js.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Review technical solutions, architecture discussions, and implementation plans.

Application & Production Support

• Manage L2/L3 production support activities and support teams.
• Handle incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of critical production issues.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action planning.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and operational stability.

Required Skills

• 1014 years of IT experience with project delivery and support management exposure.
• Strong experience in Technical Project Management.
• Hands-on understanding of React.js and Node.js technologies.
• Experience managing application support, incident management, and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, ITIL processes, and project governance.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL Certification.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
