Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager based in Noida. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and finalizing projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves tracking project progress, managing risks, and fostering collaboration within teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Total Minimum 8 years of experience out of which minimum 3 years in coding / technical
• Coding knowledge of C#, MSSQL, React, Node
• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring projects
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess risks, solve problems, and drive project success
• Capability in Team Leadership to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals
• Thorough understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain is preferred
• Previous experience in technical project management, particularly in IT or technology-driven industries, is beneficial
