Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Technical Project Manager located in Chennai. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery. The role will require active collaboration, proactive communication, and a focus on driving team performance while meeting technical and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead and deliver projects effectively
• Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities with experience in driving collaboration and motivating teams
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, convey project updates, and resolve conflicts
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making within project constraints
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in managing technical projects or relevant domains
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
