Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise security initiatives involving MFA rollouts, SSO integrations, conditional access policies, and application onboarding using authentication protocols such as SAML and OIDC. This role requires strong technical project management skills, stakeholder coordination, cybersecurity knowledge, and experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure and security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MFA and PAM implementation projects using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Coordinate with application owners and technical teams for SSO/MFA integrations.
• Implement and manage Conditional Access policies and authentication frameworks.
• Support IAM, endpoint security, and infrastructure vulnerability management initiatives.
• Drive Agile project delivery including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and network security standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Microsoft Entra ID and MFA implementations, including a solid understanding of conditional access and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).
• Project Management: Strong background in Agile delivery and the ability to manage complex technical workstreams.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of core security concepts and infrastructure vulnerability management.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as an active listener and collaborative team player.
• Experience: Prior experience managing IAM or endpoint security projects within an enterprise environment.
