Technical Project Manager

About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of data centric programs including data migration, ingestion, ETL, and data warehouse projects. The role requires strong Scrum expertise, sound understanding of cloud based data platforms, and the ability to drive large, cross functional teams in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end to end delivery of data migration, data ingestion, ETL, and data warehouse initiatives
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate with data engineers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders with proactive risk mitigation
• Ensure delivery governance, documentation, and adherence to Agile best practices
• Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, milestones)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 14-16 years of experience in technical project management with strong focus on data projects
• Proven expertise in Scrum / Agile methodologies
• Hands?on experience managing Migration / Data Ingestion / ETL / Data Warehouse programs
• Working exposure to AWS and hyperscaler platforms like Databricks
• Strong understanding of data engineering lifecycles and delivery dependencies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working with Agile tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
