Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead and manage enterprise software development projects within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical proficiency with project management capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Angular Front End & .NET backend - based application development projects.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and compliance standards.
• Take ownership of project timelines, quality, and scope to drive successful delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to meet delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project execution
• Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to banking, security, and compliance standards
• Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams on .NET technologies
• Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 35 years in Project Management roles
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Hands-on experience with C#, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise or banking applications

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with API integrations and secure application development

Relevant Experience Preferred

• Experience in IT/ITES organizations delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Exposure to banking or financial services projects with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience handling large-scale, multi-team project environments

Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred
