Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead and manage enterprise software development projects within the banking and financial services domain.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with project management capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to successfully execute projects aligned with organizational goals.

This is a Chennai-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based application development projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful execution.
• Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to banking, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams on .NET technologies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 35 years in Project Management roles.
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Hands-on experience with C#, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise or banking applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API integrations and secure application development.

Relevant Experience Preferred

• Experience in IT/ITES organizations delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Exposure to banking or financial services projects with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience handling large-scale, multi-team project environments.

Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred.
