About the Role

Kenpath Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 68 years of overall experience in software development and project delivery. This role is best suited for professionals who have passion for software development and project management.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering software projects across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise platforms while collaborating closely with engineering teams, QA teams, clients, product owners, and leadership.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with a practical understanding of software development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-driven applications.

Required Skills

• 68 years of overall experience in software development and project delivery, including at least 23 years of experience managing software projects
• 35 years of hands-on software development experience in web, mobile, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise application development
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project delivery methodologies
• Experience delivering web, mobile, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software projects using modern technology stacks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
• Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and delivery management skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 1020 members across development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business functions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing client-facing engagements and stakeholder relationships

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing AI/ML or Generative AI projects involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from project initiation through deployment and post-release support
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, prioritization, effort estimation, release planning, and project execution
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor project progress, delivery metrics, timelines, budgets, and team capacity to ensure successful execution
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, design, and business teams
• Work closely with Technical Leads to review technical estimates, solution approaches, dependencies, and release plans
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery processes, and organizational best practices
• Communicate project status, risks, key decisions, and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain project documentation, reports, release notes, and governance artifacts
• Manage resource allocation across multiple projects and teams
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and team collaboration

Qualifications

• BSc, BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, MBA, or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are preferred
