Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in infrastructure and systems engineering to lead the successful delivery of software development, cloud infrastructure, and data/Business Intelligence (BI) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. In addition to project management expertise, the candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Linux (Ubuntu) administration, enterprise infrastructure management, bare-metal server configuration, system optimization, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC frameworks, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project is essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

The candidate should possess solid experience with modern database and search technologies, including MariaDB, MongoDB, Aerospike, and Elasticsearch, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability across diverse workloads and business-critical applications. Expertise in virtualization technologies, particularly KVM virtualization for flexible and on-demand resource allocation, is essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, and a commitment to operational excellence. Relevant certifications, including CSNA, will be highly preferred and considered an added advantage.
