Technical Project Manager

Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption across business units. The role demands strong expertise in CRM transformation, agile project management, and stakeholder engagement, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and ecosystem.

Experience: 8 years to 10 years

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Required Skills

• Managing Salesforce CRM projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce DevOps Center, or Copado.

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud Consultant
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
