Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager AI Programs to lead and deliver AI and data-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. This role requires translating complex AI initiatives into executable plans while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Lead end-to-end project management for AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science programs from initiation to deployment.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for AI initiatives.

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for AI programs.

Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project management methodologies.

Track and report project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner coordination where applicable.

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for AI teams.

Ensure data privacy, security, ethical AI, and compliance considerations are addressed within projects. Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Drive continuous improvement in AI delivery processes and best practices.

5+years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3+ years managing AI, ML, or data driven projects.

Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
