As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Manager who combines strong software development knowledge with exceptional leadership and client management skills. This is a key role within our organization, offering the opportunity to influence project success, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the future of our delivery organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end software project delivery while ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor project activities to deliver on schedule.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery roadblocks, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and dependencies with confidence.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and deadlines matter.

What We're Looking For

• 25 years of experience in project management within software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related application development discipline.
• MBA or PMP Certification is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of software programming using C#, .NET, or similar modern application development technologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities.
• Strong people management and team coordination skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems proactively, and perform effectively under challenging deadlines.
• A positive attitude, ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
