Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for P&C insurance systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
• Drive execution across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing systems
• Manage project scope, timelines, cost, risk, and quality
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing)
• Proven track record in managing technical/software projects
• Exposure to platforms like Guidewire / Duck Creek / Insurity / Majesco (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in managing distributed teams
