About The Role

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analyst capabilities to lead delivery for a software engineering team building modern, technology-forward products.

You will own end-to-end project delivery while also serving as the primary point of contact for requirements gathering, refinement, and translation between business stakeholders and engineering. You'll be the person who keeps projects clear, current, and moving surfacing risks before they become problems and ensuring engineers have the clarity they need to build.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically fluent, structurally rigorous, and a precise communicator. You should be comfortable in technical conversations (architecture trade-offs, sprint

planning, dependency mapping) and equally comfortable extracting clear requirements from non-technical business stakeholders.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Project Management & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects from intake through launch, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality commitments are met
• Run agile/scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and keep the team focused on outcomes
• Maintain a real-time, accurate view of project status, dependencies, and risks
• Proactively identify and escalate blockers with proposed solutions
• Build and maintain project plans, sprint boards, and dashboards in modern project management tools

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to gather, clarify, and document requirements
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements engineers can build against - user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, data needs
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to surface unstated assumptions and uncover scope risks early
• Maintain a living source of truth for project requirements, decisions, and changes
• Challenge requirements where appropriate push back on scope creep, identify gaps, and ensure what gets built is what's actually needed

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder reporting
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, and business teams
• Facilitate cross-team conversations to resolve dependencies, unblock decisions, and drive alignment

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and continuously improve delivery processes including intake, prioritization, estimation, and release management
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
• Help the team adopt and refine tooling for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years managing software engineering or technical product delivery teams
• Hands-on business analyst experience gathering, documenting, and clarifying requirements in a software development context
• Strong technical acumen comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, databases, cloud services, architecture diagrams) and able to follow technical discussions
• Excellent written and verbal communication clear, concise, and structured
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday, or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management comfortable interfacing with business leaders, engineers, and product owners
• Ownership mindset proactive follow-through, closes loops, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to modern technology stacks such as cloud platforms, APIs, and contemporary software architectures
• Familiarity with AI/ML or emerging technologies is a plus
• Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or similar
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams across time zones
