Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization. This role will drive strategic programs while enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced tools and platforms such as Microsoft Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power BI along with AI hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Management

- Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.

- Data Analysis & Modeling

- Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

- Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

- AI hands-on experience

- Application Development & Visualization

- Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong proficiency in:

- Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows)

- PowerApps (custom app development)

- Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX)

- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- AI hands-on experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

- Background in business intelligence.
