Technical Program Manager

Were looking for a seasoned Project / Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technical initiatives from vision to impact. Youll be the strategic backbone of our technical programs, leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions across global, cross-functional teams. Youll champion agile practices, ensure seamless coordination across engineering, QA, security, and product teams, and act as the primary driver of execution excellence.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager delivering complex, large-scale technical projects (5+ years).
• Deep expertise in Technical Program Management within software development, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Strong track record in risk management, issue resolution, resource planning, forecasting, and capacity optimization.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and other PM tools.
• Experience in vendor management, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract oversight.
• A passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and agile transformation.

What Youll Do

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of technical programs from initiation to production launch.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans: scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-team alignment across agile squads, ensuring synchronized delivery toward shared program goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively before they become blockers.
• Ensure quality by design through structured testing, validation, and security integration (including compliance with ISO 27001/27701).
• Manage vendor relationships, including performance tracking and strategic onboarding.
• Facilitate quarterly planning, dependency mapping, and roadmap synchronization across multiple teams.
• Champion CI/CD enablement, automation, and DevOps integration to accelerate delivery velocity.
• Deliver clear, concise status reports to leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive adoption of best-in-class project management methodologies and tools across the organization.
