Technical Program Manager (TPM)

At Redacto, were building the next generation of privacy, trust, and vendor risk management infrastructure. As we continue to scale, were looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can bridge the gap between customers, product, and engineering to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal engineering teams, translating customer requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure successful program execution.
• Define and manage program plans, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications and expectations, ensuring transparency around timelines, risks, and progress.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
• Track program performance using key metrics and drive improvements in delivery efficiency.
• Support issue resolution and post-launch activities, ensuring smooth adoption and customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in program management, product operations, implementation, or a similar role
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (implementation, consulting, customer success, etc.)
• Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
