What Youll Do:
Program Execution & Delivery:
- Support end to end delivery of defined programs from planning through release and post launch review
- Track milestones, dependencies, and execution progress against externally defined goals
- Proactively identify risks, delays, and cross team friction
- Ensure Engineering and Product remain aligned on scope, feasibility, and delivery expectations
- Drive execution clarity across multiple teams without formal authority
Release Management & Visibility:
- Partner with Engineering leaders to strengthen release discipline
- Ensure release readiness criteria are consistently applied
- Improve transparency across roadmap commitments, sprint outcomes, and shipped value
Cloud & Architecture Coordination (Supporting Scope):
- Support execution tracking for cloud and platform initiatives (e.g., Recast Cloud)
- Help document and track architectural decisions and dependencies
- Coordinate execution across infrastructure, product, and security teams
Communication & Stakeholder Support:
- Prepare concise execution updates and program reviews for leadership
- Facilitate cross functional alignment forums as needed
- Act as connective tissue between Engineering, Product, DevOps, and GTM
How Youll Be Measured:
- Improved visibility into delivery status, risks, and dependencies
- Increased predictability of releases and milestone delivery
- Adoption of consistent release readiness and execution practices
- Leadership confidence in execution data and decision-making inputs
- Demonstrated growth in scope, ownership, and program complexity over time
What Were Looking For:
Experience:

- Experience working closely with Engineering teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
