Technical Program Manager

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Product Operations, and Business Execution.

Youll own delivery across complex, cross-functional initiativesworking closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Youll bring structure to ambiguity, align strong stakeholders, and ensure execution doesnt stall.

You wont just track progressyoull make progress happen.

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple programsfrom planning to execution and closure
• Act as the single source of truth for timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Run Jira like an expertbuild workflows, manage boards, and create dashboards teams actually use
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become escalations
• Translate business goals into execution plansand execution into clear leadership updates
• Influence without authorityholding teams accountable through clarity and follow-through

What Were Looking For

• 56 years of experience in Program Management / Product Ops / Business roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in Jira (workflow creation, dashboards, project setup)
• Exposure to Sales or product-facing environments (GTM, CRM, product lifecycle)
• Confident communicatorcomfortable pushing back with data and logic
• Problem-solver mindsetable to navigate ambiguity without waiting for direction
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Good to Have

• Experience with Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks
• Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, Mobility, or Startup ecosystems
• Experience with OKRs, stakeholder reporting, or executive dashboards
• PMP / PgMP / SAFe certifications (optional)
