Technical Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with 45 years of experience in Project Management, API & Third-Party Integrations, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, System Design (HLD), Stakeholder Management, Program Execution, and Risk Management. Candidates with strong technical coordination and cross-functional program delivery experience are encouraged to apply.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of technical programs and projects.
• Track milestones, manage schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Make task-level decisions and escalate critical issues to program leads.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Manage stakeholders and translate technical requirements into business context.
• Understand product landscape and align programs with business goals.
• Participate in technical discussions around APIs, HLD, and integrations.
• Handle third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions effectively.
• Ensure adherence to TPM processes and improve delivery practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of APIs, system design (HLD), and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Systems Analyst or in program/project management.
• Exposure to third-party integrations and vendor management.
• Interest in growing into leadership/strategic TPM roles.
