Job Description :

Provide support to DTI ramp-up plan for the Proximus DTI IT teams within India centre in close

collaboration with DTI IT Head, GCC DTI chapter lead, stakeholders in Proximus DTI IT and related

affiliates.

Drive program governance and create/maintain performance dashboards for leadership visibility

Be responsible for the day-to-day operations (including operational KPIs & SLAs), Programs/project

delivery and financial governance of the DTI IT chapters in the India centre.

Identify process gaps, Ramp up gaps and implement improvements for efficiency, continuously

investigate & suggest to DTI IT Head how operations can be improved.

Build & lead a strong teams for the DTI IT functions in the Proximus India , foster a culture of

accountability, collaboration, and innovation. and serve as coach for the chapter team

Build strong relations with the internal customers to align delivery roadmaps and capacity planning

with business needs

Facilitate steering committees and executive reviews , support DTI Head india

Support smooth transition from external contractors to internal employees, avoiding knowledge loss

between Build, Operate & Transfer phase

Ensure adherence to company ethical codes of conduct and (IT) quality standards.

Manage, where relevant, local vendor relationships and service level agreements.

Provide strong people leadership to the DTI IT team members at Proximus India, serving as their

advocate and representative to the companys management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes

Skills & Competencies

Proven track record of Delivery management and program management

Experience in working with Global GCCs India and working with global teams

Strong business acumen and financial literacy and management

Strong alignment with Proximus Group and Proximus DTI IT values, including integrity, customer

centricity, innovation, and collaboration.

Capable of handling multiples programs, projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to

completion

Experience in setting up a GCC or building teams from scratch is a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in escalation & stakeholder management across geographies.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related

field. Or equivalent by experience

Minimum of 10 years experience in a leadership role in a multinational organization

Proven track record of successful Delivery management, program management & team scaling

Excellent language skills in English, oral as well as written
