This isnt just a backlog management role youll be the driving force behind product architecture, code quality, and execution across our modern tech ecosystem.

Product & Client Leadership

• Partner directly with clients to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
• Own both the Why and the How behind every product decision

Engineering & Architecture

• Stay hands-on with code while designing robust, scalable systems
• Lead architecture across Next.js, Node.js, and React Native
• Work with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

Quality & Testing Excellence

• Define and enforce a strong testing culture
• Drive implementation of tools like Jest, Cypress, and Playwright
• Ensure a stable, high-performance, and bug-free user experience

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers
• Conduct high-quality code reviews
• Own sprint delivery, velocity, and engineering standards
  

• Web: Next.js, React.js
• Mobile: React Native
• Backend: Node.js
• Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Vercel / AWS
  

• 510 years of experience in Full-Stack Development
• 2+ years in a leadership or product-driven role
• Strong advocate of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Excellent communicator who can balance client expectations and engineering focus
• Deep expertise in the modern JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystem
