Technical Product Consultant

Job Summary:

A Technical Product Consultant is responsible for understanding client requirements, providing product demonstrations, supporting implementation, and helping customers use the product effectively through technical and functional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings
• Assist in product implementation, onboarding, and configuration
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Development, and Sales
• Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements
• Prepare documentation, reports, and training materials
• Ensure smooth customer adoption and satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, databases, software concepts)
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Customer handling and relationship management
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and implementation process
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Internship or experience in Product Support / Consulting / Technical roles (preferred)
