About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer who can take ownership of testing and shop floor operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Plant Head or Operations Leader over time. You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Testing (Primary Responsibility)

• Perform testing of CT/PT and CTPT metering units
• Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards
• Maintain test records and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot test failures and coordinate corrections

Shop Floor Operations

• Supervise workers and guide daily production activities
• Ensure work is completed correctly and on time
• Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow efficiency

Procurement & Coordination

• Support vendor coordination and basic procurement
• Ensure material availability for production

CEO Support

• Assist in technical decisions and day-to-day operations
• Act as a reliable support for execution and follow-ups

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT/PT or transformer industry
• Strong knowledge of IS/IEC testing standards
• Hands-on shop floor experience (not purely theoretical)
• Basic team handling capability

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to vendor handling and procurement

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered
• Candidates without practical shop floor experience will not be considered

Work Details

• 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Willingness to handle urgent situations when required
