Area(s) of responsibility

Experience- 5–8 years of overall experience in Performance Testing, including strong hands-on expertise with NeoLoad for load and performance test design and execution.

 

Neoload Hands on mandatory

Basic knowledge of SAP would help

Excellent knowledge using PT tools, scripting, executions

 

Role Summary

The Performance Tester will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise-scale applications. The role involves identifying bottlenecks, ensuring system scalability, and collaborating closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve application performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test scripts for enterprise applications based on functional and non-functional requirements using NeoLoad
• Create and execute benchmark, load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests
• Participate actively in performance bottleneck analysis, root cause identification, and solution recommendations
• Perform Performance Engineering and Performance Optimization activities throughout the SDLC
• Run, manage, and monitor end-to-end performance test campaigns
• Act as Performance Testing SPOC for assigned applications/projects
• Communicate test progress, risks, results, and issues through regular status and summary reports
• Ensure proper sign-offs post test execution and reporting
