The Senior SharePoint Engineer is a hands‑on technical role responsible for executing and supporting SharePoint Online tenant‑to‑tenant migrations within Microsoft 365, administering SharePoint Online environments, and providing advanced end‑user support. This role focuses on planning, migrating, validating, and supporting SharePoint sites during organizational transitions, using industry‑standard migration tools (such as ShareGate) while ensuring secure, well‑governed, and reliable SharePoint Online services.

• Plan, execute, and support SharePoint Online tenant‑to‑tenant migrations as part of large‑scale Microsoft 365 organizational transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business users.
• Perform inventory, assessment, and remediation of SharePoint Online sites, hubs, libraries, permissions, and customizations prior to migration.
• Execute SharePoint Online content migrations using industry‑standard tools (e.g., ShareGate), including pre‑staging, incremental migrations, and cutover activities.
• Validate migrated SharePoint sites by confirming content integrity, metadata accuracy, permissions mapping, navigation, and user access in the target tenant.
