We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead / Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Pune. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives in the intersection of robust backend architecture and modern, responsive frontends. You will play a pivotal role in the full SDLCfrom initial analysis and design to building cloud-native, scalable solutions.

What Youll Do

• Architect & Build: Lead the design and development of complex applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies.
• Modern Frontend Development: Build rapid prototypes and production-ready interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Cloud-Native Innovation: Leverage containers like Docker to build and deploy microservices-based solutions.
• Lifecycle Mastery: Oversee the entire application development and support lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate: Work within a diverse, global environment where clear business communication and strong prioritization are key to success.

What Were Looking For

• Technical Stack: 7+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Engineering Mindset: Strong skills in analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and systems design.
• Cloud Savvy: Practical exposure to building microservices and working with Docker.
• Soft Skills: A facilitative problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
